The Seabiscuit Skyroom is climate controlled and equipped with a rooftop patio with ocean views, a private balcony overlooking the racetrack, table seating, abundant television monitors, and exclusive mutuel clerk.
A portion of proceeds benefits California Retirement Management Account (CARMA), an organization dedicated to the rehabilitation, retraining, and retirement of racehorses in California.
