Before purchasing any tickets, you should know the following important information:

Check your browser. Windows PC users should use Internet Explorer 5.0 or above for best results. Macintosh users should use OSX with the Safari browser for best results.

Java. Your computer must have java installed and enabled for the seatmaps to work properly. Windows XP users in particular are usually missing this file.

Ordering. From the time you enter the Online Ticket Office you will have 60 minutes to complete your order. Tickets for all preseason orders are typically mailed within 3 business days.

Order Confirmation. All orders placed through the Online Ticket Office will receive confirmation by email. Please make sure that you have entered your correct email address.

Making Changes and Returning Tickets. We are unable to make ANY changes to an online order once it has been placed. If you discover that you have purchased something in error you will need to return the tickets to us for a refund and place another online order to select the correct tickets. If a refund is desired, seat and table tickets must be returned to (and received by) the ticket office at least 24 hours prior to the event day. To return seat or table tickets left in Will Call, contact and receive confirmation from the ticket office at least 24 hours prior to the event day. Returned table tickets are subject to a 20% service charge. Admission tickets are non-refundable, but are good for any day of the 2008 season except Opening Day. Please send tickets back by regular mail. If time is a concern please use USPS Express or Priority mail as appropriate.

Opening Day Admission Tickets. Admission prices for Opening Day have changed this year. Clubhouse admission will be $20.00 and Stretch Run admission $10.00. Discount Admission books are not valid on Opening Day. All other days Clubhouse Admission is $10.00 and Stretch Run Admission is $6.00. While DMTC will no longer offer senior or AAA discounts please consider joining our Diamond Club. By joining the Diamond Club you'll receive 50% off Admission every day at Del Mar or at Surfside Race Place. Plus, take advantage of special offers and giveaways exclusively for Diamond Club members all year long. For more information please click here.

Gift Certificates. If you would like to redeem or purchase a gift certificate please contact the Ticket Office by phone beginning May 2nd.

Mac Users. Macintosh users should attempt their purchase using Mac OSX and Safari with java enabled. These Mac users will be able to view the interactive seatmap and choose their seats from that map. Macintosh users Firefox and those with earlier versions of the Mac OS should attempt their purchase using the Netscape or Opera 7.x browsers. There will be no interactive seatmap option for these users. Please do not attempt to use Internet Explorer for Mac.

Select Event Page

• Please click on the type of ticket you would like to purchase. We suggest that you purchase all of your Reserved Seats or Tables, and then purchase your Admissions.

• If you frequently order online you may want to establish an account. Click SIGN IN to enter the information.
• Enter the number of tickets you would like. Tables are priced per seat, however you must purchase all of the seats at the Table. You may purchase up to 19 Reserved Seats or 4 Tables per day.
• Choose the day you would like to attend from the drop down menu and click CONTINUE.

• Click the button in the colored box for the area in which you would like to sit.
• Click CHOOSE SEATS

• Click on one of the colored squares in your desired seating area to proceed to the seat map.
• You may change the number of seats or the date on this page as well.

• Click on the colored seats to make your selection. If the seats are white they are not available. For Restaurant Tables you must select all of the seats at the table. If you make a mistake, click the CLEAR button and reselect. If you would like to choose a different seating area, click on the 3D MAP and select another area. If you like, you can scroll down and click YOUR VIEW to see a picture of the approximate view to the finish line from the seats you have selected.

• You may change the number of seats or the date on this page as well.

• From the Payment Page you can delete any tickets that you have selected, purchase additional tickets, or pay and complete your order.
• To add more tickets to your order, click Add More Tickets.
• Once you have selected all of your tickets, complete the delivery and credit card information.
