Live Racing for the 16-Day Bing Crosby Meet Continues Every Friday through Sunday Until November 30

Thursday at Del Mar was the start of the 12th annual Bing Crosby Meet, with a tremendous weekend in playing host to the 2025 Breeders’ Cup World Championships for the second consecutive year. The live racing action continues every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through November 30.

On tap next weekend is the newly minted The Chosen Vron Stakes, named for two-time Cal-bred horse of the year. The race was formerly the Cary Grant Stakes and will be run on Saturday.  The 30th running of the Betty Grable Stakes will be on Sunday. Fields will be set on Wednesday and Thursday respectively. Weekends at Del Mar throughout the meet will offer nine race cards and weekdays will offer eight race cards, first post time for all racing days will be 12:30 p.m.

Fridays will offer seniors free admission, free program and a free seat, while Sundays are “Free & Fun Sundays,” offering all Diamond Club members free admission, free program and a free seat, alongside half-off Michelob ULTRA, Brandt Beef hot dogs and sodas at concession stands. For an elevated experience on Sundays, “Taste of the Turf Club” will again partner with the Amaya Restaurant at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar to bring an all-new curated menu paired with bottomless mimosas or madras, set against the breathtaking views from the exclusive Turf Club.
