Welcome to the Del Mar Online Ticket Office!

Friday November 7, 2014 through Sunday November 30, 2014

The Del Mar Ticket Office will open Friday May 9th at 10:00 for the 2014 Summer Race Meet.
Tickets for the Fall Race Meet will go on sale in August.

Please print out the step by step instructions below and use them for reference when placing your order.

Before purchasing any tickets, you should know the following important information:

Ordering

From the time you enter the Online Ticket Office you will have 60 minutes to complete your order. Tickets for all preseason orders are typically mailed within 3 business days.
If you frequently order online you may want to establish an account. Itís not required however it will save you some time during checkout.

Online map and best available

There are two ways to purchase Reserved Seats and Trackside Dining Tables using the Online Ticket Office. Choose Seats and Best Available. Using Choose Seats, you will see a map of the seating area with the available seats or tables shown as colored circles. You can "choose" the seats you like. This option is good for patrons that are familiar with the facility. The Best Available option automatically selects the ďbest availableĒ Reserved Seats or Trackside Dining Tables for the area you have chosen.

Order confirmation

All orders placed through the Online Ticket Office will receive confirmation by email. Please make sure that you have entered your correct email address. Please do not reply to the confirmation email. If you need to contact the Ticket Office please do so by phone at 858-792-4242.

Browser Compatibility

The Online Ticket Office is optimized for Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer 8 or later. Macintosh users should attempt their purchase using Mac OSX and Safari with java enabled.

Patrons with Disabilities

ADA spaces and accessible seating in the Reserved Seating and Trackside Dining Table areas can be ordered online, by mail or phone. For additional information or assistance please contact the Ticket Office at (858) 792-4242.

Online Ticket Office Instructions

Select Event Page
  • Several event options are listed. Click on the desired event link.

Performance Options Page - "Choose Seats"
Reserved Seats and Trackside Dining Tables

Page 1
  • Enter the number of seats you would like. You may purchase up to 19 Reserved Seats or 4 Tables per day. Most Tables seat 4, so they would be purchased in multiples of 4. You must purchase all of the seats at the Table.
  • Split Seats? If you are purchasing more than one table or more than 6 box seats per day, select YES.
  • Choose the day you would like to attend from the drop down menu and click CONTINUE.

Page 2
  • Click the radio button in the colored box for the area in which you would like to sit. If the area you like is not shown then there are not enough seats available there to meet your request.
  • You may change the event date or quantity of seats on this page using the drop down menus.
  • Click CHOOSE SEATS

Page 3
  • Click on one of the colored squares in your chosen seating area to proceed to the seat map.
  • You may change the event date or quantity of seats on this page using the drop down menus.

Page 4
  • Click on the colored seats to make your selection. Seats that are white or black are not available. For Restaurant Tables you must select all of the seats at the table. If you make a mistake, click the CLEAR button and reselect.
  • If you would like to choose a different seating area, click on the 3D MAP and select another area. If you like, you can scroll down and click YOUR VIEW to see a picture of the approximate view to the finish line from the seating area you have selected. On the right side of the screen is a key to the restaurant table sun/shade codes
  • You may change the event date or quantity of seats on this page in you wish using the drop down menus.
  • Select your delivery method.
  • Click ADD TO CART

Reserved Seats and Trackside Dining Tables

Page 1

  • Select your Aisle Preference. If purchasing Trackside Tables leave set at NONE

  • The Best Available Seats or Table locations are listed under Ticket Information.
  • To see the seat locations displayed on a map select SEATMAP (this function not available during on-sale)
  • Select YOUR VIEW to see a picture of the approximate view to the finish line from the seating area you have selected. (this function not available during on-sale)
  • Select NEXT BEST to see another selection. Note-you canít return to the previous selection. (this function not available during on-sale)
  • Select your delivery method.
  • Click ADD TO CART

Secure Payment Page
  • From the Payment Page you can delete any Reserved Seat, Trackside Dining Table or Admission tickets that you have selected, purchase additional tickets, or pay and complete your order. Please note-Trackside Dining Tables, once selected can not be deleted from an order.
  • To add more tickets to your order, click Add More Tickets.
  • Once you have selected all of your tickets, complete the delivery and credit card information.
  • If you are using a Gift Certificate please enter the certificate number and click REDEEM. If you donít use all of your Gift Certificate a new Certificate for the balance will be mailed along with your tickets.
  • Please check the TERMS & CONDITIONS box after you have read them.
  • Click FINALIZE ORDER
  • An email confirmation of your order will be instantly sent to the address you entered.
