Toby Turrell is a 3rd generation handicapper who has broadened his horizons in the purchasing
and breeding of top quality race horses. He is also a 3-time qualifier to the NTRA handicapping
championship after pursuing tournament play full time two years ago.
One of the most well known morning observers in the morning who has taken his trade from Southern
California back east to the Fairgrounds, Churchill and Kentucky in the past year. He's now back
full time in Southern California.
