Lester has been on a pretty good streak, as documented by Joel on this forum. I am sure he pondered the subject for sometime, while smoking a couple of Carltons and drinking some black coffee, with 5 sugars in it. At that time he gave a clear and concise response to the dangers of dairy products. I know you linked some good sites but for the rest of this year I am giving up yogurt.
