Hard to blame him for giving a comeback a shot. I am sure he sits back and see's this jockey colony and must think I could be 75% of what I was and still be in the Top 5, if not higher. If he can come back at a high level no reason at all he could not be like a Gomez or Mike Smith and just cherry pick and make a lot of money.

Agree and who says he couldn't even get another crack at the Derby. I'm sure a lot of owners/trainers would have looked at someone with his experience.

Most of the well known anchors have a lot to do with a horse losing. The trainer is key for a horse. There are trainers out there that could have ruined Secretariat and that is 117% FACT.
