I like him but he's not riding very well IMO. I hope he can redeem himself next week and for the SA Meet. With really not riding too well, could it be the addition to Julien Leparoux and him sharing agents or no?

Euroglide is one of the most notorious hangers in SoCal racing circles. He did what he does best - hang. Not even Shoemaker could move up the horse.

Joe Ferrer is a weasel. Does not surprise me he would threaten his relationship with RB to make more money. Hope RB cans him and when Julian gets sick of CA, he can handle Brice Blancs book.

How can Blanc's agent make a living on 20 wins a year ?

Does he represent some other jockey?

Pat, I agree with you, Euroglide has a lot of hang in him... I also think he was much best today...

Dropping a notch and getting back on the sod for Pender, DEACON SPEAKIN’ gave Go-Go his second win on the card, scoring in a three horse driving finish, but was fortunate to do so as runner-up EUROGLIDE was best. The Timber Legend gelding lagged well back inside, came out while starting his run into the stretch, vied midstretch then took a short lead soon after, waited on horses the final 1/16th, prevailed to the wire. Par rating, but this was a moderate field for the level, do not look for a repeat. EUROGLIDE tracked inside, edged closer with run leaving the far turn, had to wait off heels, then checked upper stretch allowing the winner first run, angled out and split horses past midstretch, dove back to the rail and gained on the winner deep stretch, missed. He should have been unsaddled, and it really appears Bejarano has not been the same since being taken off the first string Baffert horses. MAYBE TUESDAY lacked speed inside, came out around the far turn and into the stretch, gained upper stretch, waited for a stride or two then split horses to vie for command past midstretch, battled the final 1/16th, outfinished between horses the final strides. He was claimed by Mitchell. SEATTLE RULER was once again blindfolded and led out of the paddock with the outrider, was hard urged out of the gate by Pedroza, drifted out while stalking between horses around the first turn, pulled hard to prompt the pace briefly then stalked again early on the backside, moved up to vie between horses again leaving the far turn, came out into the lane, put his head in front between horses midstretch, lost the lead soon after, tired the final 1/16th. WARRENS WILD THING trailed badly inside, came out in upper stretch, was still last midstretch, passed a couple late. He did not return to be unsaddled and was vanned off. MOMENT OF WEAKNESS stalked outside early then vied briefly three-wide onto the backside, stalked two-deep down the backside, re-bid three-wide leaving the far turn and into the lane, steadied in tight while starting to drop out of it upper stretch, faded badly the final furlong. Comebacking LORD’S MINISTER led early, came under pressure onto the backside then inched away again, collared around the far turn, outrun nearing midstretch, stopped to a walk the final furlong.
1. DEACON SPEAKIN' 102 rt 5. WARRENS WILD THING 93 rt
2. EUROGLIDE 102 rt (++) 6. MOMENT OF WEAKNESS-IR 88 rt
3. MAYBE TUESDAY 102 rt 7. LORD'S MINISTER-IR 75 rt
4. SEATTLE RULER 98 rt

Well I think that's true. Though I think he'll do fine come SA winter meet.

It'll be interesting to see who has winning end as even I think Garrett Gomez has a shot too

33 - Ramon A. Dominguez ..... 2 ... 0 ... 0 ... 0 .....

Stats are funny things, meaning different things to different people.

This shows me that Ramon A. Dominguez came West and couldn't compete with the West Coast jockeys and had his hat handed to him.
I'm assuming he didn't come out here to ride an $8K claimer.
Thank God for the Federal Reserve. You can't have big government or big wars without them.

Both were in grade 1's and weren't successful. You kidding? Ramon can give the current riders in so.cal a run for their money. He would have trouble with the finish line here but would do great at SA
