My only knock against Wise Dan was that he didn't win a single dirt race all year. Therefore I lean towards Royal Delta
for HOY.

she was by far the most impressive winner of any bc race. she won that race without ever being asked to run, in a strangle hold the entire race including the last 16th of a mile
