He must work for minimum wage as knowledgeable reporters like Kurt Hoover, Jon White, Peter Lurie, and Jessica Pacheco
are all currently unemployed this time of year.

Lurie and Jon White are still on the air. Not sure what Hoover and Jessica are doing. I am sure he makes less on TVG then the experienced guys, think that is very normal for a guy just getting into broadcasting. I agree with Goof, it has to be very hard to sit on air especially by yourself in the studio and carry the show in some entertaining organized fashion. Gino who has been doing most of the weeknights is absolutely fantastic at what he does. He juggles harness, and thoroughbred, while being very interactive with the fans. He makes the show fun for young fans when he is on, I think he is exacty what these racing shows need for nighttime broadcasting.

I believe caleb was never fired.I think the guy you may have been thinking of is Tim Bader he worked the late double with Christina and Greg.Im not sure if he was fired but this is the guy you may be thinking of.

Caleb has been doing paddock interviews at Los Alamitos for TVG for weeks.

As Jimm correctly stated, it was Tim Bader who was let go some months ago.

Unfortunately, HRTV may not come to DirecTV for a very long time. Fox has a vested interest with TVG and they plan on doing everything in their power to block HRTV and their participation on DirecTV's channel lineup. I have DirecTV and wish I could watch HRTV.

You and me both. I watch all video stream on TwinSpires. I will every once in a while watch TVG to see what the clowns are saying that day.
