Or poker, who in the hell knows, but I this I know, the Irish needed a college to go to, so they set up this University

Tis great in this season of joy to see Notre Dame as the undisputable best team in the country - a school with high morals, class, tradition, the best fans and has the highest graduation rate of any BCS school in history (or is it Stanford - my other favorite college team?)

As a direct descendent of famous Irish jockeys, I am proud of what Notre Dame has accomplished.

You're thinking of Penn State.

How can you support a team who named themselves after a condom?

LMAO.."best team in the country".

You needed 117 Hail Mary's and 117 Our Father's to beat a HORRIBLE Pitt team at home.

Do they deserve to be #1? Probably. Are they the best team in the country? No.

I would say right now Georgia deserves that honour..

JB hates Chicagoans, blue collars from the Midwest and anyone from the heartland. My guess is he secretly goes to meetings that are bashing the US of A. I once saw him flip off TD Jesus. I would love to see ND take down USC and then upset might Alabamy.

I just don't think they are as good as their record.

Notre Dame is #1 in the country and they are playing a team NOT in the top 20 who LOST their starting QB, and is starting a FRESHMAN. Yet the Point Spread is only 6.

If they were really that good, they should be two TD favourites, at least..

In the recent years, TD Jesus was renamed Field Goal Jesus as a "testatment" to ND's ineptitude.
