Driving on the sidewalk

Remember the story a while back about the woman in Cleveland who was filmed driving on the sidewalk to avoid stopping for a bus picking up children?

When I saw the topic I thought Vince P. might have made a trip down to DM during BC Weekend.

i almost went to jail for driving on the sidewalk in tijuana. my buddy and i went to del mar for the day, kicked azz and won some good money then decided to go down to tj after the races. was driving down the street and a cop was standing in the sroad and directed me to turn, the only thing i could do was drive down the sidewalk. so when i get to the corner here comes two cops they open my car door and drag me out of the car, all the while my buddy is passed out in the passenger seat. so now im handcuffed setting in the back seat of a tijuana police car, i speak a tiny bit of spanish, so im hollaring to the cops, DINERO DINERO so with hand cuffs on im reachinf around to my front pocket and giving the cops $100.00 bills, i hand them about 6 of them, they get my out of the back seat and take the hand cuffs off, so we walk back to my car, my buddy is asleep passed out, they say he has to drive, im like WTF so i wake him up help him into the drivers seat, he is so drunk he doesnt even know whats happened, he then drives off the curb which was a high curb puts a huge dent in my car the cops are all standing there laughing, so we get about a block and i get him to stop the catr. and i drive, i find a whole in the wall motel that was like $5.00 a night, get him a room and me another. i wake up in the morning, go next door to his room and the door is wide open and two little kids are setting on the floor of his room playing jax and a dog is in the room but he is no where to be found, i go down stairs and outside and hear led zeppelin blasting from my car he is passed out in the back seat with the 8 track as loud as it will go. that was my last trip to tj about 1980ish
