Oh, and after you donate to support his trip, gambling, eating, etc, you can also go in with him on a Pick 6 or Pick 4 ticket. What a deal!

For the love of God, what has happened to our society, where everybody feels entitled to a handout. I can understand if the guy is starving, to ask for a canned food donation, but for a trip to the breeders cup to gamble? Are you effin kidding me? WTF!
