Supposedly this is a fake photo of the Statue of Liberty taken from a post on my facebook page that friends from back east posted. Seems a lot of fake stuff are being sent. Photo was not done by my friend, just posted by him.

I guess when a storm closes a city people are bored. Although I wouldnt be shocked if later tonite that picture becomes a reality.

That picture was from a movie. I also saw it and someone named the movie but I can't remember it.

Snopes IDs it as a publicity still from the 2004 film The Day After Tomorrow.

There's another dramatic fake foto at the link.

Fog's definitely rolling in. Temperature's in the 70s, but the hot, dry spell is coming to an end. (My brother's here from Saudi Arabia, I'd say he brought it with him, but their hot weather tends to be a lot hotter, and accompanied by ing sand.)

Really freaky. It was so foggy at the office, I turned my headlights on for the drive home. By the time I got to the entrance/exit of the main lot, I turned them off. Crystal clear all the way home, although could see the fog bank in my rear-view mirron.
