Okay -- the speed limit is 85. Drivers were probably going faster than that.

High-speed drivers running into Central Texas hogs
SEGUIN, Texas —

Drivers on Texas' new 85-mph toll road are finding out about an obstacle local drivers have dealt with for years: hogs.

At least two collisions this week on Texas Highway 130 involved drivers hitting pigs walking on the highway. The San Antonio Express-News reports (http://bit.ly/VsUWiv ) that a third occurred when a vehicle hit a deer.

No drivers were injured. But Lockhart police officer John Roescher reported seeing three dead hogs on the side of Texas 130.

An expanded Texas 130 opened this week with a speed limit of 85 mph — the fastest in the nation.

Roescher tells the newspaper that collisions of animals and vehicles happen often on roads in the area, but no one knows yet if there will be more damage because drivers are going faster.
I hate it when I don't forward chain letter and I die the next day!

Uh guys, Force = mass X acceleration - I think we can count on more force going thru the car and/or the pig, Also, they should endeavor to hit as small a pig as possible.
Thank God for the Federal Reserve. You can't have big government or big wars without them.
