She is young, pretty, nice person, etc,

She has to make her money now, a few years down the road and it's all over for her.

She will get married and start a family.

How do you know that? Because you have met her a few times? That means nothing!!! Being introduced to someone does not mean you know them. SHe is the same age as me, yes she is pretty, yes she can be nice... when it suites her. She is married and just so you know, married women with families work in this business and make money. If she stops riding when she has kids that will be her choice. It is not a requirement.

Correct me if I'm wrong but if you weigh only like 117 pounds like Chantal or me, then one little tiny sip of whiskey or a single line of Coke will make you ineligible to ride according to Woodbine rules.

However, if you're pleasantly plump, like say, Sluggo or Joel, then it takes a lot more to get stoned and banned for a week.

Does that make sense?

Vince P
. Wow. Vinnie turns into Rickles. Not plump IMHO their just built low to the ground.

Wimmen folk need to stay home and take care of the family, cook dinners, mow the lawns, wash the cars. This wimmen folk lib business has to stop. Years ago when wimmen folk were at home is when the US of A was thriving. Now there are less jobs to go round, more cars on the road and 3 recessions in the last 30 yrs. Put 2 and 2 together. Wake up people.
Why are wimmens feet smaller than men? So they can stand closer to the kitchen sink !

Chantal, I'm sure is disappointed that she lost the mount on GameOnDude, especially with the BC Classic being held at his fav-track this year. So we all can understand if she's going thru some mixed-emotions right now, thats perfectly normal.

But she is a competent race-rider as are several other female jockeys, so lets not be too hard on her just because she happens to be going thru a tough period. She is not the first jockey to lose a top mount & also not the first jockey not to hit the top of the jockey standings in So. Cal.

I personally enjoyed the little extra pizzzaz that she added to the ho-hum jockey colony & I do hope that she comes back to So. Cal or another top circuit soon.

Is your pizzaz remark a cryptic message or a pseudonym regarding her fairly attractive looks ? I guess if you like natural blondes who are 5 ft and weigh 106 lbs. Seems like a chauvinistic remark to me. I myself like my wimmen folk to have some meat on their bones so they can accomplish all the chores on the homestead.
