Accessing Hadicappers

Would anyone know why I can't acess some of the hadicappers on the Del Mar Homepage? ie. Jeremy Plonk

My guess is he has not submitted a horse or handicap to DM for uploading

Just found out that he's gone to a different format this year and won't be posting there.
I hate it when I don't forward chain letter and I die the next day!
