Extra $ for out of state horses

A year ago del mar started a policy that i understand is in effect this year. Basically the horse cannot have run in CA for a period of time. The horse runs in a race at del mar and wins places or shows first time out and earns an extra 10% or so for doing so. My ? how do i know who these horses are? are they marked in the dfr, in program or where? Thanks Terry

Apparently they aren't, but the PPs will provide a good clue as to who's eligible. There are also several out-of-area trainers who are coming her for the summer with their horses specifically because of Ship-and-Win.

One could reasonably ass-u-me the trainer's intentions are honorable and positive. However, at least in the 'days of dirt', I don't remember many Turf Paradise horses winning at Del Mar. I seem to recall the track differential in a sprint was to add 7/5ths to the TP time.
