Every horse he claims improves dramtically and he wins at every track when I am watching.
Trainer Jamie Ness has been on a tremendous roll of late, winning with 23 of 30 starters between Friday, May 4 and Wednesday’s fourth race at Delaware Park

I think I would say 23 out of 30 seems a little stronger than what I would consider smart placement of horses.
But check their payoffs....very little profit.
I have to disagree - he DOES place his horses extremely well....not that I wager on them much because of their odds. It would be a completely different story if his horses were coming in at boxcars every now and then. The only "longshot" I could think of was that filly Stakes at Pimlico for MD breds where he put his 50% winning filly (lower class horse but with the best figs) against a bunch of inferior nags. She won at 6-1.
Again, excellent placements, imo. Nothing more, nothing less.
Never say never so there's a tiny chance he cheats, but if you could train horses without a care in the world from owners if they got claimed, you'd place your horses where they can win most of the time too. I think that's the big advantage Ness has.
Not sure, but has he ever been busted or fined because of drugs?
