the horse i wuz tellin ya all about double rah rah runs in a $100k stake on the undercard of the ark derby.
he is still a maiden and has been slow to develop, this time he turns the table on assmuffens horse who beat him last out.

CK has come up with a lot of funny stuff over the years but that one makes me laugh out loud every time. Too funny.

I actually stood by this trainer watching the morning workouts at Keeneland once.

Not quite sure why this fills me with pride but it does.

Who is Blase?

I always had this secret fantasy where Mary would get me a job as a groom for the summer at Del Mar and then I would go over and sleep on the beach every night and drink a six pack and then one day the horse I was grooming would win the Pacific Classic and then that would catch the eye of two young blonde porn starlets and then we would all rent a beach house together and live the Charlie Sheen life.

Never acted on it because a) grooming looks like hard work and b) I was always afraid I'd have a bad exerience with a tyrannical trainer like CK did.

let me tell you my assmuffen story. got a job walking hots with him. assmuffen spent a total of less than 1 hour at the barn during the two weeks i worked for him. scott blase was his assitant trainer who was the actual trainer, maybe its just me but i think you have to be in the same state your horses are in to actually be the trainer. scott blase gets out of bed pizzed off and gets madder as the day goes on, i wonder how he keeps his voice from yelling so loud all day every day. one day it was pouring rain so all the hot walkers had to take the horses to this enclosed covered arena to walk the horses. thier were about 15 people walking horses there that morning. a girl was walking this horse who was absolutely going nuts, so the foreman had her and i switch horses. i was walking this betch and she was still going crazy. blase came over to see what all the commotion was about, he hollared out take all the horses outside except the one i was walking. i yell hey we need to put a lip shank on this crazy sumbetch. he says let me train the fing horses and you walk um. about 30 seconds later this betch stands up om her hind leggs, i give her some rope, she comes downtwist around in a mega second and kicks with all her might with both hind leggs, i get my right arm up in front of my face and she kicks me breaking my arm in 8 places, my arm was infront of my face or it would have certainly killed me. it broke my nose and knocked out both of my front teeth, my arm that is. i may be the only person who has ever knocked there own front teeth out while breaking thier own nose. the horse gets lose and takes off, blase starts yelling at me to the top of his lungs. some guy from another barn dials 9-1-1 the ambulance comes takes me to saratoga hospital with the siren on. so im in there for 5 hours, i come out, no one is there, im like WTF. so i get back to the barn. i walk in with a sling on my arm, blase yells where the fock have you been. get the horse out of stall 32. im like i cant do that i just broke my focking arm.
he says then get the fock outta this barn and dont ever come back. i says when do i get my paycheck he says NEVER. so i go to the stewarts, fockin assmuffen claims i never even worked for him and blase backs it up says he never even heard of me. i show the stewarts my last pay stub from assmuffin training stables.
so he got some fine and was forced to pay me and shorted me on that last paycheck by about $100.00. i filled a workmans comp claim and the no good sumbetch claimed again that i never worked for him. i ended up getting about $1,500.00 in lost wages for the time i was unable to work.
about a ytear later a gallop guy got killed thanks to assmuffens steroided out horses. everybody at the track didnt want to work for him because he gave all his horses triple steroid doses and they were all mean but not as mean as the assmuffin azzholes themselves.

And you know that's not unheard of treatment of the backstretch workers.

i couldnt believe he wanted me to hold a gadam horse for the horseshoer with my arm, broken. thing is the only reason it happened is because he wouldnt let me put the lip shank on her, it was totaly the fault of scott blase it would have never happened if he would have listened to me.. btw the horse was a nice stakes winner named savorthetime who won over $600k and was the dam of a saratoga sales topper by ghostzapper

There are good trainers out there they you have worked for, right?
