Here in S Cal, we all know that public transportation is the Pitts, No matter what it costs, we will still drive to work , drive to the supermarket and still drive to our entertainment.
The tracks have nothing to worry about.
What I saw today, we all complain, but we still drive.

True, S Cal drivers have too, as to Chicago, San Francisco, and New York, No.
Will Ty Alexander still drive to Surfside every weekend?
u know he will .. he wantz to meet you..he knows you go to his seminars ....
I didnt even know he did a seminar. I dont like to listen to people's opinions. I like to lose $ on my own. Thanks though. ALso thanks for the video, ive never seen it. very informative. But im wondering, did the HOA for that condo conversion complex know he was shooting his video there? they usually frown on...well, everything.
When Ty starts winning handicapping contests (like Mitch21 has), I'll become a believer.
I concur. Ty's favorite movie is "Other People's Money" starring Danny Devito.

I hate it when I don't forward chain letter and I die the next day!
This is the reason that the phrase, "drill, baby drill" is bogus and won't have an effect on gas prices. All the oil taken in this country goes on the "world market." Don't let the "drill baby drill people fool anyone. Any jobs that are produced, by more drilling, will only last a short while.
