Why hasn't Frank Lyons been making any TVG appearnces at all? Did he leave?

Did you guys see 58 Flat yesterday? Because there was this man who aksed Matt Carothers "Where's Frank?" Matt Carothers all of a sudden pannacked. And said uh we're gonna send you to Eliss Park race 6. That shows you that Frank Lyons maybe no longer with TVG. I think Matt told the guy off-camera what really happend to Frank.

I saw Frank one Friday night at Hollypark upstairs near the Whittingham bar and grill and asked him "How can you work alongside those clowns, Schrupp and Bray?"
He just shook his head and continued walking. I think he made have had a whiskey in his hand.
