Cops are not trained in mountain fighting, this is combat, the main reason is they work the streets, I blame the San Bernardino County Sheriffs Dept top brass to send a bunch of rookies up in the mountains fighting to take this guy out. Believe me, all of them have a huge ego's and wants to play Rambo. However that's how you get killed or have a member of your team get killed. Do they have real leadership, I say no.

It shows, this man should have been taken out by now.

One cop was killed and the other serious wounded. In mountain hunting, one must be trained and have patience to obtain the kill, as a former hunter that has hunted in mountains and the desert, it takes skill, endurance and patience to get the job done.

When hunting a pray that can kill you, one must have all the abilities that I mention above .

These cops can beat a civilian up on the ground , attack a person in a house, etc. But when it come to this style of fighting, they're in grade school, they think they;re all Rambo's, however, they don't know nothing about real combat. The ones that do, will not go up there unless ordered d to do so, and then, they may still refused.

Now how many more have to die until they send in a special military sniper teams. This target must be taken out at least 500 yards from the barrel of your rifle. Assaults rifles are good up to 300 yards, after that, the energy of the bullet and foot-pounds are not there to really kill the game.

Any comments.

Can’t disagree with any of those points – LATimes went back to cutting its number of free view articles so had to switch to the AP newswire today, but from what could see at the LATimes it appears they’ve quite readily moved into let's move along, save-face, control mode… Personally want to hear what the two women hostages have to say, the young man whose truck was subsequently jacked after their sedan was crashed says the suspect was all business, no violence towards him personally..

Lester, have to commend you for time well-served during your sequestration, you’ve introduced some thought-provoking topics this week - you’re the lone speed at the half-mile pole, congratulations!

When it was snowing up there, there should have been sniper teams set up for him to make his move, if they did that, I believe, they would have got him

Same happened to me. Then they wanted to charge me .99 cents a month or something like that.

So I said, "Screw you" and bought this phone thingy that had this App thingy that had the LA Times on it and now I can read all I want for free. Of course I now pay $30 a month but I can also bet/lose on my phone like crazy which means because of the LA Times' policy, I'm now spending/losing about $577 a month just to read the motherless loving LA Times :-(

last summer fell for a NY Times promo .99 cents a month for three months, call to cancel anytime within that three month period, called to cancel late in the second month just to be safe and they dangled the carrot of a complimentary three MORE months at the promo rate - of course bit the carrot and again set a reminder to cancel – in about eight weeks suddenly noticed a hefty new NY Times charge on my credit card bill, called to see whassup - the polite customer service rep advised the monthly billing cycle is, drum roll, 23 days – so in new york-land three months equals 69 days instead of an assumed 90 days dooh… what the hell kind of cycle is 23 days – a freakin moped??? Dorner put enuf people through hell he’s not gonna get my credit card messed up again lol..

Lmao!

Btw, you can do exactly what you just mentioned with XM/Serious radio. Just simply call every 6 months to "cancel" and they'll offer you another 6 month trial for like $17.77 instead of like $27.77 PER MONTH. It's a no brainer. Done this 4 times since we got a new car with that crap installed on it about 2 years ago.
