Chris Dorner's Manifesto

Postby Claimboxx » Mon Feb 11, 2013 4:15 pm

how many people have read Chris Dorner's manifesto and the varying opinions of it.. Obviously I think the killing of innocent people is heinous, but like everybody in life, no one is all good or all bad..If nothing else it is interesting reading.

This is 'interesting" because so many different theories and conclusions can be taken from his manifesto

How much of the manifesto was written to throw off the profilers? There is a combination of inconsistencies written for that very reason (George H.W. Bush is his second favorite president??) I think for the most part what he wrote is true, with a few feigned comments thrown in.

I am interested in seeing both the short and long term repercussions, while hopeful no other innocent people are slain.

Haven't read his manifesto yet, but here's the problem I have with Chris:

Although it's contrary to my religious beliefs, for the most part, I don't have a problem with people who seek revenge when they have been severely wronged; be it a priest who molested you or a family member, a thief who stole your credit identity or even a crooked steward, lol.

But, they must seek revenge AGAINST THE PERSON who WRONGED YOU, NOT society in general or someone that had nothing to do with your situation.

And this is where Chris went wrong.

Yes, killing the daughter of a police captain who wronged you hurts a million times more than killing the captain himself, but that makes no sense to me. What did she or her fiancée do to you? What did that cop you killed do to you?

Why kill an innocent person that had nothing to do with your so called injustice?

Makes no sense to me.

Had Chris beaten the PEOPLE WHO WRONGED HIM to a pulp and then fled, I’d probably say they got what they deserved and I hope he’s never caught.

But once Chris hurt and killed innocent people, he becomes trash in my book.

Do I make any sense?

Yes Vince, you do make sense. That indeed was his worse crime (involving the daughter).
Thank God for the Federal Reserve. You can't have big government or big wars without them.
