He's only off by about 1000%. For Vince, that's pretty close!

By the way, on Friday there were like 20-something 'small' winners, but there was one (1) ticket, with the #7 horse in the last race, that would have been the only winner. I bet $2 on the 7 (about 15-1 I think) to help the person win, but he didn't. He may have won the smaller P6, they didn't say.

So... it's not impossible!
America must have the highest "goofs per capita" rating of any nation outside Antarctica.
