Yeah I love the passion of Gary. Gets it from Mel and Warren I suppose.

While bad calls are always going to be part of the game, why is it the So Cal stewards that continually make them on a regular basis? Last week they DQ a horse for causing another one to fall but don't give the rider days, yet they will probably give the DQ'ed rider in the nitecap a suspension here for doing something far less.

I remember when jockeys were given 5-7 days often for causing severe interference in race, why has it become a 3 day ban seemingly all the time now unless for personal issues? I think there needs to be serious consideration at changing the stewards on the circuit
