Sires Awesome Again and Unbridled's Song.?? AA won 6 graded races @ 10f, Unbridled's Song really never had a chance to prove himself in his troubled and short career, still won 2 Gr I's at 9f.

Don't see the problem with a mile and a quarter.

Like Lukas has any kind of shot. Have you not noticed that Gene Klein, William Young, Prince Salman, and Bob Lewis
have passed away. I guess you didn't realize that!

Well, he won a BC race this year, he's still 10 ahead of any other trainer in that category.
If you're saying multi-millionaires can and do buy good horses, I agree, and the winning trainers are training those horses.

i was at the lukas barn summer of 2011 and not unlike several of the top east coast outfits most of the employees were all from ireland.
every summer at saratoga its almost an irish invasion with all of them that are horsemen. they get drunk and fight thankfully most times with each other.
ill tell ya, none of these top trainers spend much time around horses, they are ceo's who manage the deal remotely. i betcha todd pletcher doesnt spend an hour a day at the barn.
you see him every where but the barn. so to say lukas is washed up bla bla bla doesnt mean nothin, its all about getting the best horses #1 and getting the best help#2
its hard to be a horse trainer with a $2 thousand dollar suit on
