I'm thinking "someone" had a stroke or sumthin' recently....more stupid than normal if that's possible....unbelievable.

Suspend the laws of physics. They are the culprits.
Pass a law that a following horse is not allowed to step on the jockey.
Thank God for the Federal Reserve. You can't have big government or big wars without them.

They probably couldn't get anyone to ride the horse - his front legs looked like they were going to windmill off at any moment.
