No chance, it is useless... quicksand, CHRB mandate how much sand is put on the track, it is all the same... Next we'll look into mandating how much sand the State of California will allow on beaches

If there were any clear consensus on was was the right amount of sand (which, of course, there isn't) and if conditions at all track where the same (which, of course, they aren't), then it might make sense to mandate it.
I hate it when I don't forward chain letter and I die the next day!

From what I understand they (CHRB/Cal Davis) did some scientific stuff to come up with the formula. I know they dumped 1000 tons of sand on it. I think they put too much.
