Re: Favre is not coming backI think the perfect fit would be with Cincinnati with all of the Legal Problems their players have, he would fit right in.
Re: Favre is not coming back
Precisely how much would you care to wager on this proposition?
Re: Favre is not coming back
DAMN! I'm a week early. Although, I predict that THIS week will be all the BS leading up to it being official NEXT week (8/24). Favre is a LAZY, S.O.B. -- yes, you can quote me on that. Dude doesn't want to deal with Training Camp, eh? I wonder if he'll dress by himself like he did last year with the J*E*T*S*???? Nice team player. What a jerk.Childress & the entire Vikings organization are FOOLS if they bring him onboard (if he's not already). I realize this article is Glazer's opinion, but it's been all over the TV & radio this morning: http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/9922 ... -come-back Avatar = SACRED LIGHT
Re: Favre is not coming backGood god...I pray that Sage Rosenfels or Tavaris Jackson embarasses this piece of love. He is an absolute attention whore and continues to be the most overrated player the last 20 years.
Re: Favre is not coming back
Yep. I hope the Packers knock his a$$ in the dirt when they meet at Lambeau in November. Avatar = SACRED LIGHT
Re: Favre is not coming back
I'd nominate Junior Seau for that award..
Re: Favre is not coming backJB - fair enough, Seau was a bit overrated too.
There is nothing about Favre that I can add that hasn't already been discussed, but boy am I rooting for him to fail. And shame on the NFL for allowing this jerkweed to continue to be the center of attention.
Re: Favre is not coming back
I have nothing against Favre, except that anytime he sneezes, ESPN devotes the first 20 minutes of Sportscenter to him..which severely limits baseball highlights. Then again, the way the boyz are playing lately, that might not be such a bad thing..

I'll never forget Seau in the super bowl with the Chargers, their losing by 40 pts..and he s his coverage, makes the tackle 30 yds downfield , gets up and does a wardance. Even the announcers are like " umm, ok.. whats that all about"?
