In my experiance, there are 4 things to a good Garage Sale:
Advertise on every Telephone Pole using neon poster board using clear directions.
Have plenty of $1's & change.
Put on you best haggle / sales hat. Treat every potential sale like it's a commission.
NEVER let them see you sweat & think you need to make the sale.

Can I axe you a serious question?
Hypothetically, if a real fine broad came over to buy some love, would you simply give her what she wanted for free or would you charge her like a buck and feel real silly in doing so?
