That movie got very good reviews. Sandra has been in a few real clunkers lately. She looked amazing in The Proposal in the nude scene..never was a big fan of hers..until that scene..
Daughter saw it and loved it, obviously, as she's an SEC fan. She had to explain some of the jokes to her boyfriend since she knows more about football than he does. Wife and I will probably go see it Thanksgiving night. The personal SEC tour of college visits continues in March with Tennessee and South Carolina on tap. I'm enjoying the college shopping as much as she is.
As for other movies, we saw An Education on Friday night and both liked it very much. It's an indie film more likely to be seen at the art house type theatre, but was well worth admission. This is typically the time of year where the good indies are released for Oscar consideration.

Great Indie Films this year....
- The Hurt Locker
- The Damn United
- An Education
- Whip It
Not as great, but still good...
- A Serious Man
Goiing to see Precious as soon as it plays closer to where we live...
Avatar: FuPeg, acting like...well, FuPeg
Actually mine wanted to see it this past Sunday but I said the Rams were more important to watch. Shocked me because she's not into sports, but I guess this movie is way more than that.
Question to Lurker......you guys going to Bob's and my favorite restaurant again this Thanksgiving? We may meet you there and go to the movie afterwards.
Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

Precious was pretty dark and depressing. Great acting. I will predict 3-4 Oscars to come out of this one.
I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany...
Seems kinda strange to leave the beautiful Venetian and all the great restaurants here, but based on your recommendation, I'm all-in and will meet you there asap.
driving directions are included...........
