Now Mike Golic said he would take LeGarrette Blount's punch over the eye gouging. I don't condone either, but I'd rather have 2 teams fighting on the field than having a melee with PLAYERS AND FANS. Good luck separating 30,000 people when 1 football player takes his problems to the stands. Way to think that one through Mikey. Have you already forgotten about the Malace at the Palace?

Suspension is too short IMO despite the SEC saying the 1st half against Vandy is OK. Florida doesn't need him at all against Vandy, so just make it the whole game.

But I hate the chicken love move by Urban Meyer for only suspending him for a half even more. Have some balls and make a real statement Urban, suspend him for at least the whole game.

If you blame Urban you better blame the SEC too. They had a chance to make it more than a half and "ok'd" Urban's decision...

Anyone who has any authority to hand down suspensions in this instance. Coach, AD and conference all need to be held accountable. Whether it's Vandy, Bama or Chaleston Southern, in my opinion the penalty needed to be a bit more stiff.
