The O / U is the only way I'd touch this game, & then my numbers are mixed. FYI, I just looked on http://www.covers.com & most books have it around 48 or 48 1/2. Just some quick trends from the site-

Southern California:
USC are 5-14 ATS in their last 19 games in October.
Under is 11-4 in USC last 15 games in October.
Under is 21-9-1 in USC last 31 games overall.

Oregon:
Over is 7-1-1 in ORE last 9 home games.

USC is a not so great road team & the Ducks score at Autzen.
USC is 2-5 against the spread & Oregon is 5-2.

Good luck to any that bet this one.

Sync, thanks for that geat link to a website I didn't know about. I only bet sports when I'm in Vegas, but I'll definitely be looking at "covers" when I'm there. Much appreciated...and I hope it's a great Halloween game to watch.

This is getting ugly. 300+ rushing yards against SC and we just started the 4th.

SC D is quite suspect and as much as an SC fan I am Oregon deserves all the credit. I never had a feeling that USC could run with the Ducks. They couldn't stop them period. Great coaching job by Kelly after Blount's punch. I haven't seen all of the game, but I think Barkley will be a good one for the next couple of years.

USC was whipped up front all night, dominated completely by the offensive line from Oregon. Oregon deserved all of that 27 point victory.

Methinks the Ducks are playing pretty well, hope to see them in a big BCS game to see how they stack up against an SEC team.

Unfortunately, this will also give rise to a Boise State resurgence in the polls, as they own the only win over Oregon. But I still can't find myself rooting for Boise, b/c the rest of their schedule is horrific.

As for USC, it's back to the drawing board w/that young defensive front. If I were Carroll, I would comb the JC's for a few stout running stopping DT's. USC nation is going to be humbled come the bowl season, as it would appear they are either headed to El Paso for a date w/a bad Big 10 team, or to San Diego to play a 3 or 4 loss Missouri or Okie State team. Either way, USC has stumbled hard, and it will be interesting to see if they can suck it up and finish strong, or fall even further.
