I do think everyone is responsible for their choices.
My point about weight is, it doesn't take much money at all to eat the wrong foods and gain a lot of weight. You can be very poor and be 300 lbs.

Your statement that "American poor standard is nothing even remotely recognizeable from the rest of the world's poor" leads to me believe you have a lot of knowledge in this area. Since that is the case, can you tell us what are some of the significant differences between the standard for the poor in Canada and the standards for the poor in the United States? Or the significant differences between the standards for the poor in France and the standards for the poor in the United States? Or Denmark, or England?
