Yes the Cubs once again snatched defeat from the steel jaws of victory. A victory that would have put the D-backs in the top spot in the NL West until the October classic, but alas we'll have to wait at least one more day.
Yet as I pondered and wondered why (and how) the Cubs could have lost this game today after forging to such a seemingly insurmountable lead, it soon dawned on me that the Cubs wear that sales light special color of blue (Attention K-mart shoppers!!!!) A color that is donned by another team noted for their losing ways, a team that plays in the NL West that shall remain nameless. Maybe the Cubs could develop of uni color of Sedona Red or Old School Purple ( like the color the D-backs wore in that wonderful, well remembered and cherished by America, 2001 championship season.) A change of uni color may help change their losing ways.
Why do you want to bad-mouth the Dodgers like that?
