The season hasn't even started yet and the Cubs are 10 games back. Wait till next year.

You think they'll finish behind the Padres? (I'm already waiting for year after next.)
I hate it when I don't forward chain letter and I die the next day!

Our bullpen has been lousy for 10 years. In spring training they were giving up 5,6 runs per inning.

Sorry, but that hasn't been breaking news since 1908.

But if it's any consolation, I would say that Tommy Lasorda has a better chance of becoming svelte, before the Dodgers challenge again. I was at a S.T.G. last week and saw Kershaw get peppered more than a blackened cajun salmon, and he was hammered by the Padres for crissakes. And of course Dee Gordon didn't hit his weight again.

If I was a Cubbie fan, I would lobby for a switch to the NL West where the Dodgers would pretty much guarantee the Cubbies finish at least one level above the division basement.

Go D-Backs.
