Thanks. What I've heard from friends is that most if not all off shore books charge you a fee to receive your winnings.
Is it programmed (by a human) to accurately reflect the true odds calculated by playing a 52-card deck, OR is the response a randomly-generated number? If it isn't those exact odds, then you are just playing a game in which you have no control or any reasonable expectations.
Agree with what ProRo says about 5 Dimes. They're one of the few I trust 99.77%. I used to do Pineapple until they banned me and the rest of the USA. But they paid me off my balance.
NEVER, EVER, EVER leave more in any offshore account than you're willing to lose.
I.e, you have $1,700 in 5 Dimes - take out a grand and leave the $700 in there to play with and that you're willing to lose in case they go belly-up.
Of course if you want FREE withdrawals you'll have to cash out in increments of $600.00 - 700.00 to avoid fees.
Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

After the first 3 hands the odds are true.
You can take the man away from the racetrack, but you can not take the racetrack out of the man.
