Legal Question Help re Separation

Postby Vince P » Thu Oct 15, 2009 6:36 am

Is it legal to have two trophy presentations?

Pretend you owned Zenyatta Mondatta and she won the Breeders' Cup Classic but you and your mistress were separated, should you have two Winners' Circle celebrations, or should the both of you put aside your troubles and have only one for everyone?

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

Vince gave up beer to help control his weight and now the whiskey is getting to him.

Why not just wait til after the freakin' Breeders Cup to air their dirty laundry. The last thing these horses need is ANY kind of distraction.

Absolutely agree, and think the timing was very odd, indeed.

Horse Racing fans have been waiting over 20 years for this. Couldn't the announcement have waited another few weeks until AFTER the Breeders Cup?

Maybe he wants to draw up the papers now and the horse is worth a lot less if it hasn't won the big race yet?

There is no " perfect time " for such an announcement, but it's what usually happens in high profile people- Some friend or employee thinks they hear something, starts digging & to stop the rumors one or both parties come out & make a statement. And it's usually before they really wanted to.

Well I guess, since Vince and the Dodgers are easily connected, but - are they TB owners?
