I agree with the decision, too.

However, just like in the NLDS, look for him to use the early hook if the Kid gets into trouble. The best bullpen in baseball has been doing it all year..hopefully they can continue for another few weeks..

Dodgers bullpen ERA was 3.14 - by far the best in the majors. They are 3-4 straight and strong deep with two legitimate closers (Sherrill and Broxton).

All the other playoff teams have 3.97s or 4.00+ ERAs.

So other than Alyssa, the Dodger bullpen is actually their strongest point.
