Del Mar ain't that far. We were going to buy a home out there when we worked in Mira Mesa, but decided the daily commute was too much. Those homes were up around $135,000, about 1/2 what they were in Mira Mesa. Probably would have been a bad investment also. 
Thank God for the Federal Reserve. You can't have big government or big wars without them.

Ck. Lake Perris otb is 25 min north off of 215. Del mar about an hour south. Pe hangs casino is here in town but no otb.
