Trying to strangle a Rottweiler while naked would seem to set the guy up pretty well for an insanity defense against any charges.

happen to see the new law in california that went into effect jan 1st.
it is now against the law to hunt bear with a trained bear hunting dog
you can now only hu8nt bear with a none trained bear hunting dog.
now thats an important law.

in the mean time i got a ticket for driving without a seat belt, hope that cop and his entire family die of cancer.
