World champion handicapper

I'd like to congratulate Jeff aka Lucky Duck for taking down the KIA NFL handicapping contest.This is the 2nd time he has won the world championship and receives over 25K in cash and prizes. He closed like a freight train with a 15-1 record in week 17 .. Well done.
