Only 1. I never open the ones in my "Spam" mailbox, just glance at the title and sender.
Thank God for the Federal Reserve. You can't have big government or big wars without them.

Didn't get any in my email. I use a MS email app that resides on my computer, it filters out 99.9% of junk very effectively. Don't like those web-based email programs...Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, et al.

Most of the ones I get are sent by well-mean but deluded individuals who actually believe them, not by automated spam generators.

Some people never seem to learn and keep sending the latest circulating hoax/legend etc. I do have one friend who now asks me whether something is true or not before forwarding it to everyone.

Then there are those who -- when something the forward is totally debunked -- absolutely refuse to believe it isn't true.

Know exactly what you mean. I have a close friend who I email back & forth with a lot every week (<--dicey grammar?). She sends me these things that make me raise my eyebrows, they're so implausible. I always write back and say "Did you Snopes this?". She's getting better about it. The odd thing is, she's a super intelligent, highly practical person. But oh so naive.
