Revenge Tackle Football Games

Postby Vince P » Thu Nov 29, 2012 8:19 am

Three interesting games this weekend, actually one starting tonight.

Tonight: Saints +3.5 at Falcons (Saints won first game)
Tomorrow: Stanford Indians hosting UCLA +7.5 (Stanford crushed UCLA just 5 days ago)
Sunday: Rams +7 hosting 49rs (Rams "won" first game)

Many folks think it's impossible for a team to beat another team twice in the same season but I find no statistical evidence to support that theory.

In any case I strongly feel the Saints will beat Atlanta AGAIN because this is figuratively a Do or Die game for the Aints. Wager on New Orleans PLUS 3.5 at -1.10.

But I do think UCLA + 7.5 is the wager v Stanford; I see a close game either way in Palo Alto as UCLA makes their adjustments.

And I'm afraid in the Rams game - a game I'll be watching from the ESPN Zone on Disneyland Dr in Anaheim this Sunday. Seems to me the Rams played their hearts out only to tie because of a n line alignment call taking away their TD in OT. And the loving 49rs are playing at an unbelievable level offensively and defensively; I'll be rooting my guts out on this game but probably no wager.

Your thoughts on Revenge games or if you're a wimmin folk, on the Revenge TV series.

Should have called this "Day of the Dogs".

Saints are only decent in one stat - passing yards. I like getting points on Brees when he's home, but I'll pass on this one away.
Just heard - the airport employees threw eggs at the Saint's bus. Is Atlanta in Oakland?
Thank God for the Federal Reserve. You can't have big government or big wars without them.
