SEC lock.

Fla - 3.5.
Look for Florida's defense to shut down SC's offense. They'll control the game on the line.
Florida 23
South Carolina 6

Nice call. Muschamp's got them thinking they can roll over the tide this year.

Don't know about that. Bama's D is effen awesome. LSU is a joke offensively. They looked bad vs a highly overrated A&M. I would take Bama over Florida but wouldn't lay too many points. With ND's weak QB situation I don't see them beating Oklahoma so they'll tumble in the ratings.

LSU's offense is horrid. I don't know how they manage to get all that talent in Louisiana and they can't find a QB. Mettenberger has been a flop and missed several throws yesterday. They still have a great stable of running backs but their offensive line is banged up this year so they don't even have the running game going for them. Defense is still excellent and I was glad to see them shut up the Johnny Football fellatiaists. Those drunk, corndog-smelling Cajuns better bring it in Death Valley in two weeks because Bama has an offense to go with their defense and they rarely make mistakes. LSU might have trouble getting past the 50 again and I see Bama scoring on them a few times. Yeldon is just sick and Lacy is no slouch while McCarron is the best QB they've had in several years. Bama's offense should get a good test against Mississippi State at home next week. They're a stout bunch but probably still a notch below the Gators, s and Mike Tigers defenses.

I know it's crazy to even think about and they wouldn't have a chance, but I'd still like to see Alabama take on a bad NFL team just to see how wide of a gap there is. I don't see any college team beating them this year. Normally I toss in a turnover disclaimer with a boastful statement like that because any team can get beat if they have several turnovers but Bama rarely turns the ball over.

I think there are going to be two undefeated teams this year. If not it would have to be an extremely close game like the LSU-Bama game last year and also have no other 1 loss team with a semblance of an argument for an all SEC final. Kansas State looks like they can go undefeated with Texas Tech, Okie State and Texas at home while traveling to Baylor and TCU. Oklahoma could do K State a lot of favors by winning out. Oregon and Oregon State could also both go undefeated if USC doesn't bite the Ducks. If Oregon loses round one vs USC but comes back to beat Oregon State and USC in the round 2 Pac 12 Championship they would get in there as a one loss team. I don't see the vermine from Indiana winning in Norman next week or at USC. If they do manage to run the table they would of course be in the game, but won't make it as a one loss team. I would almost welcome them getting to play Alabama because it would be ugly for the Domers, very ugly.
