Ding Dong the Witch is DeadDENVER -- Jason Schmidt's time as a Dodger, and probably as a player, effectively ran out Thursday when he was shifted from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day list to make room on the 40-man roster for Thursday's starting pitcher, Vicente Padilla.
