1. Brother Bird: The winner of the Iron Horse on Claiming Crown Day so I think he's in much softer company today and should win.

Race 2: Gulfstream:
2. Chongo Verdi: He's had some decent numbers for today's race on paper. He seems to be a runner with speed.

Our top pick came in 1st in Race 2 so we will take the next several races off and will try to give you a winner in Race 6:

Race 6: Gulfstream:
2. Prado Cat: He was a close 2nd in the most recent start at CD last time out. He's got the pedigree and the trainer use to train the sire. I think he's getting better and better with every start.

3. Miss Oops: Is worth a look with nice speed figures.

Race 4: Fair Grounds:
8. Pelham: This one has been running soundly lately and has nice early front speed.

Race 6: Fair Grounds:
8. Perabellum: Always tough to beat Tom Amoss and Rosie Napravnik. He looks very good in this race and I expect him to the early leader.

Race 8: Fair Grounds:
12. Red Wings: Recorded a nice figure last time out.

Absolutely brutal trip in his debut at Churchill Downs where he was blocked and steadied when the real running began. Quite an educational experience, and hopefully this will bode well for the second start. Some darn good turf breeding with Kitten's Joy in the sire line. I hear he produces some nice turf horses. Drawn well in this distance race and is definitely worth a win bet and backwheel.
