Where should these people go for a loan?

Based on your rhetoric, Cash Call makes unreasonable profits in their "loansharking" business. Surely there must be a long line of entrepreneurs willing to step up and just make reasonable profits. If not, are you suggesting that the people in need of a loan just suffer the consequences of not getting a loan?

The term they use is non-collectable debt. the sign also goes on to say that the interest rate annuallly is (if i recall) 485 %. it goes on to say if you do bounce a check with them or write them a check on a closed account
or cancel the check that it will go on your credit report

Seeing how Cash Call does their business over the phone and internet I would be curious as to where you saw such a sign.

Yes I do. Learn to negotiate with your creditors and come to some type of agreement. Takes a little of intelligence and
negotiating skills. Like finding the right interest rate on a mortgage. I hate the insinuation that all cash strapped people
are dumbasses.

The insinuation is all on your part. I am suggesting that the free market works quite well in the lending business. People who are going to Cash Call for a consumer signature loan are way past the sit down with your creditor stage. To suggest that they haven't explored all of their options is making what kind of an insinuation?

You are assuming that the borrower would have something of value to borrow against.

its the same bolllove just done a different way. if he is charging more than 20% interest he is nothing but a thief.
taking advantage of peoples problems. not unlike any american oil company. these oil companies could sell gas for
.30 cents a gallon and still earn billions every day. so let me get this streaight, you see nothing wrongt with oil companies making 600% profit on a gallon of gas?
like i said the fbi put 100s of mobsters in jail for charging 30% interest on loans in the 1930s. but azzholes like redam can charge triple that and its ok, the american way, just doing business.
