Ten Cent Supers?

Saw 10 cent supers popping up in six horse fields all over yesterday. Anyone know why/when that rule changed?

CHRB voted on it several months ago, started to take effect yesterday.

Superfectas in all 6+ horse fields (previously 8)
Trifectas in all 4+ horse fields (previously 6)..
